As part of the College’s commitment to cater for individual needs every student has a personalised learning plan and the curriculum is differentiated, however some students require further explicit supports.
The school works in partnership with families and medical/allied health specialists to plan appropriate interventions for students with diverse needs. Some students with learning difficulties and disabilities are eligible for a secondary support plan linked to reporting accountabilities on modified outcomes.
Students with English as an Additional Language/Dialect (EAL/D) may require extra support in developing oral and written language skills. Appropriate programs are available to students identified through Bandscale testing.
