Sinai College is proud to offer Hebrew Language Studies as part of the formal curriculum. The Australian Curriculum requires students to learn another language other than English from Year 5 onwards.
Students from Year 1 to Year 6 participate in weekly Hebrew lessons. Students are encouraged to develop their language skills by a variety of pedagogical techniques including songs, games, apps, visual cues and formal instructions. The language program is carefully planned so students may work in ability groups and progress their oral and written language skills seamlessly.
